Today it is 9.9 degrees F with a windchill of -4. Last weekend I enjoyed plenty of sun and temps in the low 70′s as I had the opportunity to visit Phoenix.

While there I visited Taliesin West, the winter home of the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture.

Although photography is limited to certain exterior areas, I got plenty of inspiration for new woodworking projects. This is a slideshow of photos I took during the tour.

I’ve been out of the shop for the last week due to an illness so I’ve done a video on a previous project, my 1st Cigar Box Guitar.

In the video there are several pictures, a brief description and a sound clip.

I should be back in the shop this week with another post of the Tenor Guitar Build; in the meantime I hope you enjoy viewing (and hearing) the Cigar Box Guitar.
